Delete account
Request permanent deletion of your MyoScan account and its associated online personal data. We handle requests manually and aim to complete them within 30 days.
Submitting a request does not delete your account immediately or automatically refund a purchase. If you register again, previous purchases may need support to be linked.
Local app logbooks, quiz drafts and TI Scout progress are separate. Clear those using their app controls or your device’s app data settings. Limited purchase and security records, and a record of your deletion request, may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
